Our approach
- Agile Development: Prior Kain rapidly creates prototypes to illustrate the 'art-of-the-possible' and then works closely with you, in an iterative fashion, to ensure the final version meets your evolved requirements, reflects any changes you require and includes any additional extensions that were unforeseen at the start of the process.
- Virtual Teams: Prior Kain adopts a virtual team approach which allows us to keep our overheads to a minimum and have the flexibility to allocate people appropriately to projects based on their skill set, location and the project timing. Teams are chosen from a large group of contacts we have in many different areas of our business.
- Open Standards: Prior Kain employs open standards to increase compliance, flexibility and future extensibility.
- Open Source: Prior Kain deploys solutions on proven, stable, and open servers and uses open source software (where possible) to reduce overall costs and reliance on 3rd party software.

Who we work with
Prior Kain do not enter into exclusive agreements with partners in order to ensure total independence when giving advice. However, if we deem it appropriate, we choose partners on a project basis to offer the very best solutions to your problem as we have no interest in reinventing the wheel.
